Dukane Announces Bright, Affordable SVGA Projector for $945

Dukane announced the ImagePro 8066, an LCD front projector specified at SVGA 800 x 600 resolution, 2000 ANSI lumens and 400:1 contrast ratio. This is priced starting at $945 and Dukane says it has an auto configuration feature for fast start-up.  

InFocus Brings Two New Work Big Models to Market

InFocus announced two new models of the company’s Work Big line. The Work Big IN24+ and IN26+ bring 30 percent more brightness – up to 2,200 ANSI lumens. These are DLP projectors. The IN24+ is specified at SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and the IN26+ at XGA 1024 x768 resolution. MSRPs are $649 and $799. […]

Optoma Introduces $1,299 3K-Lumen Projector

Optoma’s new EP771 is specified at 3000 ANSI lumens, 2300:1 contrast ratio and XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. This is a DLP model with MSRP of $1,299 and it’s marketed as a cross-over projector for both business and home use.

Toshiba’s $849 Cross-Over

Toshiba brought the TLP-XD2000U LCD projector to CES. This is specified at XGA resolution, 2,000 ANSI lumens and 600:1 contrast ratio. It’s being marketed as a cross-over projector for both business and home entertainment. It is priced at $849 and weighs 6.2 pounds. For more information, visit here.
