MORGANVILLE, NJ November 16, 2020 — Aurora Multimedia Corp. introduces an AV industry first built in the USA thermal temperature tablet. Aurora announces the TAVIS all-in-one infrared temperature sensing tablet offering 5x resolution of other tablet brands adorning an 80×64 thermal sensor. It is offered in 10.1” (TAV-10), 15.6” (TAV-15), 21.5” (TAV-21) sizes with a variety of newly designed stands, desktop, and wall mount options.

To ensure when people are entering a location are not running a high temperature, the TAVIS will provide alerts when a person is running a high temperature within 1 second up to 5 ft (1.8 meters) away, while capable of scanning two people simultaneously. This is the first layer of screening protection using a hygienic touchless infrared technology.

TAVIS is the latest technology with the most accurate temperature measurement by “Close Range Canthus (tear duct) scanning.” The fast speed increases throughput in high volume facilities with less than 1 Second with 2 Person Scanning with a high level of accuracy. One cannot scan “objects” only people as Aurora developed anti-spoofing.

Advanced digital signage prediction features such as age, gender and other identifiers are offered and the TAVIS units are adaptable to its locale, whether its landscape or portrait mounted, Black or White colors are available too. Additionally, TAVIS is fully customizable with Aurora’s free drag-and-drop ReAX Core Studio software.

The box kit version allows you to custom design kiosks for your environment. It can be used with ANY size display.

Aurora continues to stay on the cutting edge, providing products to help the community automate processes in a healthy, sanitary, and safe manner during any infectious crisis and well beyond!
