UK-Based Audio Excellence signs exclusive distribution partner Brighten HiFi for China, Hong Kong and Macau.

Working with the patented approach of the Audio Excellence sound system, Brighten HiFi are helping installers in China, Hong Kong and Macau to achieve dialogue clarity, special effects and bass management consistent with those of a high-impact commercial cinema, raising the standard for home theatre performance installations.

Brighten HiFi was formed at the start of 2018 by three veterans of the AV industry. With nearly 90 years of combined experience, Robin Cai and his business partners saw a requirement for high-end audio and video in the daily life of Chinese clients who have benefited from recent economic growth.

Having already built strong working relationships with the very best AV and HiFi dealers in China, Robin and his team take pride in offering a distinguished audio solution to a tech-hungry and forward-thinking client.

Brighten HiFi are currently building the profile of Audio Excellence in China, with extensive advertising and a demonstration room at the recent  Shanghai International High-End Hi-Fi Show.

The Audio Excellence series of Loudspeakers and amplifiers:

Designed by CEO Patrice Congard (also CEO of Screen Excellence), the Audio Excellence system is comprised of custom-made speakers, multi-channel amps and DSP control – often used in conjunction with an acoustically transparent film screen.

Although not essential, the system is designed to perform at its best when following Patrice’s patented approach to layout logic and signal routing known as the ‘Congard Code’.  This, in part, frees the main LCRs of everything below 100 Hz, which is directed to strategically-placed bass extension units, and dedicated LFE signal-only subs.  The net-result is a home theater experience that yields the type of superior dialogue intelligibility and bass management witnessed only in professional and commercial cinemas.  On average MSRP of the Audio Excellence systems range from $30,000 to $60,000 (US) based on size and surround configuration.
