AtlasIED has partnered with Sittig Technologies to integrate its GLOBALCOM platform with PAXGuide, an intelligent software solution used to automate airport announcements.
The integration is designed to enhance multilingual passenger messaging in high-traffic transportation hubs by combining AtlasIED’s expertise in audio and visual communication with PAXGuide’s real-time, data-driven announcement capabilities. The solution enables airports to streamline operations and provide consistent, automated audio messaging without overhauling existing infrastructure.
The collaboration allows airports already using AtlasIED’s GLOBALCOM system — or planning to deploy it — to incorporate PAXGuide for automated public address functionality. The software is triggered by operational data and supports real-time, multilingual communication across terminal spaces.
AtlasIED said the partnership reinforces its commitment to scalable public address solutions for the transportation market. PAXGuide is currently in use at major airports around the world.
