Ashly Audio Releases PC-based Version of AquaControl Software, Known as AquaControl Portal, for Offline Work
Ashly Audio released its AquaControl software to all PC users as a stand-alone offer under the name AquaControl Portal. The software was first launched as part of the company’s integrated mXa-1502 mixer amp. AquaControl Portal allows users to work offline and to replicate work done on the software to multiple hardware units. Ashly’s AquaControl software is typically accessed via an internal web server within a specific product such as the mXa-1502.
By using the PC version of the software, integrators can set up configurations on a PC before sending them on to installers in the field to load onto multiple units. The PC-based software also allows partners to share files and presets.
The software shares all of the functionality of the on-unit AquaControl software: Auto-Mixing, Advanced Priority Ducking, Ambient Noise Control, Input and Output (Speaker Voice) Template Import and Exporting, a Remote Control Page with the new Virtual WR-5 wall remote and a Comprehensive Event Scheduler. It also shares the collection of Dynamics, EQs, Filters and Delays.
