Happy April, Buyers Club! I hope you’re all having a good month so far — I know I am. Gary and I released our anniversary episode of rAVe [TV] yesterday (where we did the hot wing challenge and it nearly killed me). I also celebrated my birthday yesterday! It was a wonderful time with family and friends who are dear to me — if it was any indication for the year ahead, I just know it will be great!

I think the most important question asked in the case study is, “Why would we want to accept Bitcoin?” In our industry, the only group that I can think would have a reasonable answer to that question would be the residential installers. Corporate, Education, House of Worship and other verticals are well settled into the traditional cash flows and accounting. However, residential customers, especially the very high end ones, may be interested in paying with crypto.
EC was a great reminder of how trade shows used to be — it seemed to me like a hybrid of a trade show in the before times and last year’s InfoComm. As always, our team was so excited to see all the new tech; I decided to outline our top 10 (non-sponsored) favorites here.
