Welcome to the end of the year, people! I know you’ve all accomplished so much over the past year and that alone is a feat. To be honest, surviving the past two years has been a feat.
I’m giving you all a memory of InfoComm 2021 in the first column featured, all about Michael Katz’s experience at the show. Although InfoComm was not as large of a show as in past years, Michael says it was one of the most successful he’s ever attended. Read to find out more about the power of networking at an in-person show!
Also, I’ve included an insight this time from our pals at Futuresource, all about recent IT and AV market movements in higher education. Read to learn more about how decision-makers at institutions all over the world are purchasing different technology to overcome difficulties presented by COVID-19. Even if you don’t work in higher ed, it’s a breath of fresh air to see that overwhelmingly, AV/IT budgets are increasing as we grow to understand how deeply we need technology to connect us to one another now and in the future.
Have a good one, y’all!
