Hello Buyers Club! Did you miss me? You don’t have to answer that.
On this day of days, I come to your inbox with the stress of last week behind us and the promise of a (hopefully) great couple of months to help us finish 2020 out strong.
I’d like to briefly discuss Mark Coxon’s column with you here (linked below) because he made some great points. How many meetings have you had to join that could have/should been an email? Probably SO MANY. I agree — I even bought Sara this mug last year to reflect the sentiment. Jokes aside, Mark took it upon himself to make an etiquette guide for what subjects REALLY SHOULD be meetings and what can probably be something else. I know we don’t always have the power to control what meetings we join, but maybe if we share this article around enough, it will start to pick up traction. What do you say?
Be prepared for all the news we have in this issue (mostly product releases and updates), so if you’re interested in the latest from Extron, Sharp, Vivitek, Kramer, BenQ and more — you’re in the right place.
Also, all the way at the bottom, we have some key pieces of industry news, including all the latest about the NEC / Sharp joint venture.
Happy reading, and happy Monday!
