In Mark Coxon’s latest article, he writes about managing complicated projects. It’s true that project management in AV is truly nothing like project managing anything else. And project management in any form is my worst nightmare! (The folks at work make fun of me for this.) So, hearing from Mark and his co-worker, Brandi, was a beneficial lesson for me, indeed. I hope it provides the same to you.
