In his latest column, Mark Coxon writes about the importance of coordination. Not physical coordination (the kind that keeps you upright and not tripping over your own two feet because I would be screwed) but coordination among trades. His example is a room he used for a meeting. While it worked, he mentions some tweaks that could have made it even better.
