Gary Kayye implores you to be creative in the live events market. The world will keep changing, and the clientele — i.e., Gen Z — expect more from an event. They want to be part of it! After all, we all attend concerts for our experiences, right? (This applies to more than just concerts; that was just my first example.) Perhaps Gary is hinting that he will expand more on this in this year’s edition of Kayye’s Krystal Ball. We’ll see!
