Lee Distad considers himself to be someone who (pretty much) gets along with everyone. How do you get along with everyone? According to him, by listening. Don’t participate in the drama, but listen to what’s going on when drama happens to those around you. In his case, this is part of how he maintains a great relationship with his dealers.
