As you may have heard, we’re back from CEDIA Expo, and Sara Abrons has, once again, been in charge of the video titling team. One of the coolest parts of this job is getting to really see every product on the show floor. Based on watching all of these videos, Sara wrote an article about the trends she noticed. In other news, the EU recently issued new power consumption regulations and according to Bob Snyder, these could greatly affect the sale of 8K displays in the EU. Why? These new power consumption limits are so low that nary an 8K display (or certain microLED displays) will pass. Read more here.
