Hey hey, AVtweeps! How was your weekend? I hope it was good and that you’ve got a great week planned. Let’s get to some news and columns, shall we?
Firstly, we’ve got a great new column from Bob Snyder that talks about Google’s new smart radar, Advanced Technology & Projects (ATAP). ATAP uses sensor data “to let computers recognize our everyday movements and provide new kinds of choices.” Bob’s article discusses what this technology could do when used in AV products. How about turning off the TV when you fall asleep at home? Check it out here!
Another column this week comes from Lee Distad. Do you have good people skills? The truth is, some of us have better skills than others, especially with people. But learning how to work with people is an important skill, and even if you’re not so good at it, Lee says there’s a place for everyone in business. Dive into Lee’s piece here to read about his experience with this topic.
Well, that’s all I have for you. I hope you have a wonderful week. Bye!
