In May, we had a scandal down the road from us in Chapel Hill — UNC admins reportedly recorded an instructor without their consent. While secret recording is not illegal in North Carolina, it does bring up a lot of ethical questions. Scott Tiner ponders those in this blog, and I do think he brings up good points worthy of consideration for all.
