Good morning to you, #AVtweeps. It’s all #ISE2020 talk here in the rAVe office, and this week’s issue of rAVe HomeAV reflects it. This is to be expected — show exhibitors are looking to get the word out about their new solutions ahead of the largest AV and systems integration show in the world. (Mind you, there have definitely been some exceptions to the rule at past shows, with manufacturers taking the “surprise” angle and choosing, purposefully, to be more secretive until day one of a trade show — e.g., LG’s OLED Wallpaper revealed at Integrate 2016, with minimal press information released beforehand.)
Whether it’s a press release, an internal product release, or even a standard banner ad with a catchy headline, figure out how to cut through the ISE clutter. ISE attendees will be looking for what to expect ahead of time, but remember they’ll be inundated with massive amounts of information before and during the show. Make your point and get them in your stands. Do everything in your power to get noticed.
