Do you ever feel like you’re a hamster running on a wheel, but then you’re scared if you stop running that the wheel will kick you off? That’s pretty much how this week is going. But we’ll take busy because that means we’re still moving forward. In the midst of all of the news we’ve been posting as quickly as we can, we’re also smack dab in the middle of LAVNCH WEEK 2.0. Oh, by the way — I’m hosting that, so it’s even more reason to join and take a look at all that we’ve put together. (EdTech Day and Digital Signage Day are left.)

For my dealers who’ve still been open the past few months, one of the many challenges they’ve faced has been delays on the commercial/industrial installations they were working on. That got me thinking about dealing with job site delays, and how to deal with them.
2020 is the year of remote everything. It has been a work from home, webinar heavy, travel light year for the whole country and, of course, for us in the AV industry as well. As such, our biggest events of the year have all been canceled or shifted into the ether.
