Raise your hand if you’re surprised to see that the earbud was having a moment at CES … yes, CES. The 2025 one. While we as a society had been moving away from earbuds for a few years, Things, as always, ebb and flow and bring us right back to a revamped version of a trend from a few years ago. But who among us doesn’t appreciate just popping a pair of earbuds in when you need to join a meeting really quick or for the ones you can take from your cubicle or desk.
I’ve said this multiple times: I have a big head. Over-ears HURT after a while. So as long as we’re in this area of being on the go and joining meetings from wherever, we’re going to see some earbuds be an important part of this. What do you think? Read David Danto’s article to find out more.
