Woo hoo, it’s Friday! I hope you’ve had a great week full of AV. We’ve got a few columns this week, but don’t forget to view a webinar from Gary Kayye and Almo Pro A/V that discusses all things HyFlex and hybrid learning! The event itself is over, but you can view the webinar on demand!
The first column we have today discusses technology in higher ed. Scott Tiner reminds us that the use of data is extremely important, especially when it comes to learning what tech students and staff want to use. At a recent conference, Scott learned about the way AV is set up in classrooms and the way it has changed over time. Check out Scott’s article about this conference to see what he learned (and re-learned)!
The second column for this week comes from Futuresource Consulting! Matthew Rubin wrote about a recent Futuresource study that found that the future of EdTech is personalization and tracking software. In a world that is rapidly becoming hybrid in multiple areas, we need to track student performance to continue understanding how to balance a hybrid education system. Don’t miss this one!
That’s all for this round, AVtweeps. Have a great weekend, and I’ll see you next time!
