Today’s issue features a column written by Chris Pennell and Olivia Lowden of Futuresource Consulting on how workplaces will change with the rise of hybrid schedules in the wake of the pandemic. They write that innovations in technology (particularly UCC, naturally) will facilitate “seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity” to create an optimized hybrid work environment. Naturally, whether improvements to UCC technology will cultivate the same collaboration as in-person work remains to be seen.
