There are always things we can learn from the past. According to David Danto, this is clear from all types of events in our history that seem to repeat themselves if we don’t learn from our mistakes. However, in his most recent column, he focuses on how we have yet to learn from our mistakes within the AV tech space. He mentions this with particular regard to the Apple Vision Pro VR headset. But there are plenty of other examples. Also, I hate to admit it, but he might be right? The Verge just reported that Apple is slashing production of the Vision Pro due to low demand in the U.S. You hate to see it. What tech trend from the past do you think we should note for the future?
