rAVe House of Worship Edition

Hi #AVtweeps! I write this on a plane flying back from Las Vegas for DSE and LDI 2024. I love both of these shows with all my heart, and they feel like the perfect way to close out what has been a challenging but rewarding year in our industry.

I’ve described this year as “weird” to anyone who has asked me what I think the state of AV is right now. And honestly, can you think of a better word? The markets that make up our industry have so many moving pieces and parts and are beginning to really converge in interesting ways. We’re constantly finding new ways to meet and collaborate. We’re grappling with AI and it’s capabilities and experimenting with how it can make our lives easier in AV. So weird isn’t necessarily a bad thing! But things are changing. What do you think?

December 2024 Temperature Check Survey — Now Open!

Hi everyone! We’ve made it to our very last Temperature Check Survey of 2024. This was a year of discovery and building anew. We learned about leveraging AI, meeting in new ways and whether or not we’re going fully back to the office, and we returned to trade shows. We have grown, and we have continued to make AV a better community for all those who join. So, for our final survey of the year, it’s a bit longer.
