Have you gotten your vaccine 💉 yet?
This seems to be the launch conversation for many of my Zoom meetings lately. The excitement that we see light-at-the-end-of-this-pandemic tunnel is exciting everyone and it appears to be driven, in large part, to the availability of the vaccines. I was fortunate to be part of the Pfizer trial (you can actually read all about my COVID-19 trial experience here) and got my vaccine back in September 2020. I distinctly remember the feeling after getting the second shot — excitement and relief. And, let’s be honest here, no segment of our market was more affected (positively and negatively) than the UCC market. Here’s what happened:

Many are predicting work weeks that may look less like the five days in the office with a two-day weekend setup of the past and more like a three, two, two — with three days in an office, two days working at home and a two-day weekend. Remote technologies will be used every day to some capacity. However, calling all the meeting technology “hybrid” falls short of recognizing all the ways the systems can be configured.
