Every day, it seems there is more talk about the “great return” back to the office. What will that look like? Will there even be a great return? Do all companies even need an office? Mark Coxon says if you are keeping any real estate at all, you should consider having a connection center. Mark says a Connection Center connects everyone to work, one another and customers. Now that people have proven that oftentimes, working from home is a viable option, it’s proven that maybe we’ve had the keys to make this work the whole time. To be honest, I’m not sure every company needs an office, but I know for certain that if you are keeping a real estate footprint at all, you should be building a Connection Center.
