I hope you guys are having a great week! Here’s the latest and greatest in news for you guys — a ton of columns this time. First of all, I wrote about Eric Yuan’s keynote speech at Zoomtopia 2024 — this was my first time attending virtually. I felt like some of the announcements this year didn’t measure up to my — I’ll admit, lofty — expectations. I don’t know; aren’t some of you tired of hearing about AI? It just doesn’t seem like anything Zoom is offering with its AI Companion 2.0 is that new or groundbreaking. But I’ll let you decide.
