Happy August, security readers! I can’t believe I’ve been sending this newsletter for almost a year. I’m grateful to all of you for reading, of course. But I’m also so excited to see how the security and AV industries have continued to intertwine. There are some upcoming events, and if you’re going, let me know! These are for sure going to include some interesting products, updates and insights for both industries.

The first is SIA’s Securing New Ground Conference, taking place Oct. 8-9, 2024 at the Westin New York Grand Central. The other is ISC East, taking place Nov. 20-21 at the Javits Center also in New York City. Both will for sure be eye-opening events and some great next steps for our industries.
