This is a BIG DEAL. In ProAV, Electrograph and ActiveLight represent about at least 30% of the thin-display products sold through distribution. In HomeAV, Electrograph and CineLight together probably manage 18% of the market. So, this is a merger that will affect both segments of the audiovisual industry.
