My parents are both public school educators and have been their entire lives. My father recently retired from the state of North Carolina after 30 years of service to K-12 public education as a teacher, principal, system administrator and superintendent. My mom works at the school system level advising high schoolers on how to best prepare for what is their next step after graduation — whether four-year college, two-year college or the workforce.
I’ve always been in awe of the dedication my parents have to students in the North Carolina public school system. They have worked selflessly to support any student — all from many walks of life and with different identities. So… shout out to Stuart and Toni.
I hope you enjoy this content-rich edition of rAVe ED! Scott Tiner weighs in on the transition to VAR being seen amongst the integrator community.
