Anacove and LG Electronics have partnered to bring artificial intelligence–powered energy and operations management to the hotel sector. Anacove’s platform will now run natively on LG’s Pro:Centric smart hotel TV system, turning in-room TVs into data-driven hubs for monitoring energy use, detecting water leaks, issuing safety alerts and tracking assets in real time.

The LG Pro:Centric platform supports third-party services, such as Anacove, which can operate directly on the TV interface. Once approved by LG, these services function independently while integrating into the hotel’s overall system to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Anacove’s integrations include:

• Smart thermostats with advanced sensors and AI that go beyond basic climate control. These devices track temperature, humidity, air quality, light, barometric pressure and occupancy — including pets or sleeping guests. Connected via Wi-Fi and integrated with HVAC systems, they optimize energy use based on each room’s thermal profile.
• Toilet leak detectors that combine hardware sensors and AI analytics to detect and diagnose leaks early. This helps minimize water waste, reduce repair costs and avoid guest disruption.
• Asset trackers that monitor rollaway beds, cribs, luggage carts and housekeeping equipment through location tagging and AI. This allows for faster retrieval of items and reduces the likelihood of loss.
• Staff safety devices that provide wearable emergency alert functions for housekeeping and maintenance personnel.
