Amazon and Cisco to Keynote Enterprise Connect 2020

SAN FRANCISCO, October 30, 2019 – Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and collaboration, today announces Pasquale DeMaio, General Manager of Amazon Connect; and Amy Chang, EVP and General Manager of Cisco Collaboration, as the first two keynoters for the 2020 event.

Pasquale DeMaio, General Manager, Amazon Connect

DeMaio is the General Manager of Amazon Connect, which is Amazon Web Service’s self-service, cloud-based contact center based on the same technology used by Amazon customer service associates around the world to power millions of customer conversations. DeMaio led the effort to bring Amazon Connect from an Amazon-wide customer service tool to a publicly available Service from AWS. He has 20 years of experience in delivering world-class B2B and B2C products. Prior to Amazon Connect, DeMaio worked on machine learning, augmented reality, maps and mobile. His specialties include operating SaaS at scale, delivering great customer experiences and UX and technology innovation.

 

Amy Chang, EVP and General Manager, Cisco Collaboration

In addition to her role at Cisco, Chang serves on the board of directors for Procter & Gamble and has previously served on the boards of Cisco, Splunk and Informatica. Post-acquisition of her startup Accompany by Cisco, she is now leading Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar Collaboration business and its award-winning Webex portfolio which includes Meetings, Teams, Devices, Calling and Contact Center. Accompany was a relationship intelligence platform for professionals, which served Fortune 500 financial and professional services clients on their people and company data needs. Prior to Accompany, Chang was at Google, where she led the teams for Google Analytics, Website Optimizer, Trends and multichannel attribution, growing Google Analytics to serve over 86% of the entire web.
