Almo ProAV’s First #E4AVTour Stop Is in Washington D.C. – And, Joe Theismann Will Be There! Sorry Gary…

THIS IS A PROMOTED POST FROM ALMO PROAV

In case you haven’t heard, Almo Professional AV announced the E4 AV Tour 2018 dates and the first stop is scheduled for March 6, 2018 in Washington, D.C. The E4 AV Tour is a free one-day program that includes exploring new concepts, exchanging ideas with industry professionals, education on the latest trend and experiencing the technology that changes how people communicate. The registration for the Washington D.C. stop is here (hurry and register so you can meet Joe Theismann in DC) and the Dallas stop is here.

This year, rAVe founder Gary Kayye will deliver an all-new keynote “An Unbiased Explanation of AV-over-IP.” This new keynote will take you on a journey through the plethora of signal routing options via an IP network and explain how each one works, what’s good about it, what’s bad about it and, most of all, how likely it is to experience industry-wide adoption. You will leave understanding each and every option out there, what works and what’s pure hype and how you evaluate the trade-offs for each option.

Additionally, over 35 leading AV manufacturers will showcase the latest products and services available through Almo. A full day of education including 12 courses will also be offered and many of the course are AVIXA CTS RU approved.

Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing for Almo Professional A/V, says, “In step with AVIXA, we’ve updated the final ‘E’ in E4 to ‘Experience.’ Many of our AVIXA-accredited educational sessions and workshops are focusing on the integrated customer experiences that are possible through the use of AV technology.” She continued, “2018 is going to be an exceptional year for the E4 program with new opportunities for our partners to learn how to create these integrated AV experiences while advancing and profiting in this incredible industry.”

The Washington D.C. stop will have a special closing keynote delivered by former NFL MVP quarterback and Super Bowl champion, Joe Theismann. In his closing keynote Theismann will reveal his Game Plan for Success by drawing parallels between winning in football and in business.
