Alfalite Gets TAA and NCAGE CODE Compliance for Its LEDs
FOR-A America announced that its U.S. LED partner, Alfalite, has received Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance and an NCAGE Code (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code), paving the way for broader federal and defense integration in the United States.
With both certifications, Alfalite joins a select group of LED display manufacturers eligible for procurement within U.S. government, defense and NATO markets. The company also holds a Spanish Certificate of Origin, confirming the country of manufacture — critical for determining import duties, tariffs and trade agreement compliance.
Alfalite also introduced two new display technologies: MATIX AlfaCOB (Chip-on-Board) and AlfaMIP (MicroLED-in-Package). The MATIX platform is the next evolution of Alfalite’s ORIM (Optical Injection Resin Module) technology and delivers an ultra-wide viewing angle of up to 175 degrees with reduced glare and reflections.
Encapsulated in advanced protective materials, MATIX LED modules are engineered to resist impacts, liquids and chemicals while improving thermal dissipation, color and brightness uniformity, contrast levels and black depth — making them suitable for a wide range of high-demand environments.
