Alfalite has introduced its new MATIX AlfaCOB and AlfaMIP technology, which encapsulates LED modules with multiple layers of protective and optical materials, covering the PCB surface with flip-chip-mounted LED diodes. This process improves durability, reduces glare and reflection, and enhances impact and chemical resistance. The technology also offers a 175° viewing angle (horizontal and vertical), ESD protection exceeding 10kV, improved thermal dissipation, and consistent color and luminance uniformity.

MATIX technology minimizes light distortion at module and panel junctions without sacrificing brightness or causing discoloration from extended use. It includes features such as UltraBlack contrast for deep black levels, Blue Light Comfort certification, and quick repair times.

The company also launched the Neopix series, its flagship product featuring MATIX technology. Available in five pixel pitches (1.5mm, 1.9mm, 2.6mm, 2.9HBmm, and 3.9HBmm), Neopix is designed for high-resolution applications in rental, broadcast, and virtual production environments. These common-cathode displays provide higher efficiency, reduced power consumption, and lower heat output. They include redundant power supplies and receiver cards, brightness levels of 1900 nits (indoor) and 5000 nits (outdoor), a 20,000:1 contrast ratio, and a wide color gamut covering 99% of DCI-P3 and 87% of REC.2020.

Alfalite also introduced its UHD Finepix series, designed for critical applications in control rooms, corporate settings, broadcast, and entertainment. Built with AlfaCOB or AlfaMIP technology, these panels are available in five pixel pitches (0.6mm, 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.8mm). Optional redundant power supplies and receiver cards enhance reliability. Both product lines reflect Alfalite’s commitment to advancing LED display performance and versatility.
