With the use of Intel’s Market Ready Room Kiosk digital sign, which runs on AgilQuest’s Forum room booking platform, employees can instantly schedule and reserve time in meeting rooms and workspaces using the interactive display panel outside each room.   The displays are based on the Intel® Celeron® N3160, run on Windows and have have integrated POE+, PCAP touch, and programmable RFID for quick and easy authentication.

Once the meeting space has been booked and checked-in, it triggers the integration with Intel Unite® and enables users to kick-start any meeting, eliminating setup time that eats into productivity.  Users can now book a room and check in via digital sign, mobile app, or web browser and simultaneously launch the Intel Unite® app to wirelessly connect displays, employees, and mixed technology environments so a team can share and collaborate seamlessly.

Based on AgilQuest’s metrics, the use of AgilQuest’s Forum with the Intel Unite solution, saves an average of 9 minutes of meeting prep-time, which swiftly adds up to numerous hours across an organization each week.
