ADI Named Enterprise Distributor of the Year by B2B eCommerce Industry Awards

ADI has been named Enterprise Distributor of the Year by the B2B eCommerce Industry Awards, recognizing the company’s digital-first transformation and its efforts to modernize the B2B purchasing experience.

The award honors organizations that advance digital innovation, customer experience and omnichannel commerce. ADI was recognized for its multi-year strategy to deliver a faster, more intuitive and more scalable digital buying journey for more than 110,000 professionals worldwide.

Over the past year, ADI has accelerated its eCommerce modernization with the launch of a new platform built on a modern React framework. The company said the update significantly improved site speed, navigation and scalability to better support complex B2B purchasing needs. ADI also introduced AI-powered product discovery through its integration with Coveo, enabling search results that adapt to customer behavior and reduce friction during the buying process.

Additional enhancements include real-time dynamic pricing powered by PROS, a redesigned post-purchase experience through Narvar and the launch of ADI Pro Rewards, an omnichannel loyalty program aimed at increasing engagement and repeat purchases. ADI said these initiatives are supported by a feedback-driven development process that incorporates ongoing customer insights.

ADI said the results of its digital investments are reflected in customer engagement and revenue growth. The company reported double-digit growth in eCommerce revenue, driven by improvements in site performance and discoverability. Since last year, ADI has seen nearly a 10% increase in customers purchasing digitally, with 44% of its customer base now buying digitally and more than 70% engaging through the website or mobile app.
