Adaptiv Networks, a leading cloud-native SD-WAN-as-a-Service vendor, announced today that it has entered into a Partnership Agreement with Wedge Networks Inc. to integrate the Wedge Absolute Real-time Protection solution into Adaptiv’s cloud-based SD-WAN solution. The resulting Adaptiv Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution will offer real-time threat prevention over Adaptiv’s SD-WAN Cloud.

Wedge Absolute Real-time Protection (WedgeARP) provides an autonomous approach to large-scale real-time threat prevention for cyber threats including newly created or customized malware and zero-day attacks. With an embedded deep learning AI engine, patented machine learning-based threat detection and real-time deep content inspection for industry leading network traffic visibility, WedgeARP can detect never-before-seen malware in milliseconds.

WedgeARP will be fully integrated into Adaptiv’s cloud-managed SD-WAN solution offerings, so real-time threat prevention and zero trust network access (ZTNA) capabilities can be enabled immediately. The Adaptiv SASE managed solution will provide powerful security features previously not available to small and medium sized businesses in addition to the simplicity, performance, and cost-effectiveness of Adaptiv’s cloud-managed SD-WAN-as-a-Service.
