Women of InfoComm Network Host Event at ISE

WomenOfInfoComm2-700x350-0117The Women of InfoComm Network (WIN) will debate and launch its 2017 activities at a free-to-attend networking event being hosted at Integrated Systems Europe.

Taking place at The Emerald Room in the RAI on Wednesday 8 February from 17:00 to 19:00, the event will aim to build on the WIN programme of last year and launch even more WIN activities in Europe during 2017.

WIN will start its event with a period of speed networking, providing a chance for attendees to spend a few minutes with every person in attendance. This will be followed by cocktails and canapes and an opportunity for further general networking.

During the ensuing session, attendees will help to compile a list of industry events for 2017. A calendar will then be drawn up and made available to facilitate further meet-ups.

To end the event, WIN will launch WIN Career Empowerment Alliances for 2017, an initiative set to provide opportunities to discuss such issues as career advancement, training, work-life balance, conflict resolution and more.

Founded in 2015, the WIN council is a global network of individuals who are committed to promoting and empowering women in the AV and IT industries. Through local working groups, in-person networking and online events, members can make connections, find resources, pursue education, discover mentors, and identify opportunities to advance women in the industry.

Here are details on the event.
