Vivitek is All About 4K, Collaboration and Short Throw Projectors at InfoComm
Vivitek will be in booth 4443 at Infocomm next week showing a few industry firsts. They’ll have a 4K home cinema projector for sub-$3000 that also reproduces the Rec.709 color space! And, we got the scoop on my podcast today – you’ll even see it asa we did a videocast demo of the product. And, they’ll have a commercial AV version – both will ship in July – available at InfoComm, too.
In addition to the exclusive projector demo, James Hsu, Vivitek’s Global Product Marketing Director, showed us their new NovoTouch – a Collaboration Board integrated with the NovoPro BYOD collaboration technology. James actually, in real-time, on the video connects multiple phones simultaneously showing you how easy their system is as it uses a QR code recognition system to connect up to 64 sources at the same time.
Finally, the big surprise might be their new short-throw projectors – I won’t spoil the surprise but it’s worth the watch! Think inexpensive 4K short throw…
