The Trade Show Minute – Episode 183: Maarten Bais of Elo
Maarten Bais and Victoria Barela talk about new touch solutions Elo is showcasing at ISE 2018. Maarten explains large format signage is in high demand, and customers say “it better be a touch screen.” Elo provides these solutions. Victoria asks Maarten about the evolution of touch technology and some of the hurdles the AV industry had to overcome. People using consumer devices with multi-touch were also expecting this technology in the commercial market, even though the ProAV industry was still using 1 or 2 touch technology. In recent years, Elo has closed this gap to consumer models, exceeding customers expectations.
