SYNNEX to Offer Google Play for Education on Tablets
SYNNEX Corporation has announced that it is the first distributor to offer Google Play for Education on tablets to authorized solution providers. Especially beneficial for K-3 environments that use a high level of touch devices in the classroom, Google Play for Education gives resellers the ability to sell management of both tablets and content, including apps, videos and books, in the same console in a less cumbersome manner. Similar to the Google Chrome environment, a large number of devices can be set up and deployed in a matter of minutes or hours. Currently, the following Android tablets are compatible with Google Play for Education: Google Nexus 7, ASUS Transformer Pad, HP Slate8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab for Education, which are all available through SYNNEX.
Solution providers interested in becoming authorized to sell Google Play for Education solutions should email SYNNEX at google@synnex.com. Synnex is here.
