Schneider Electric Integrates Global Caché Technology

Global Caché and Schneider Electric today announced the integration of Global Caché hardware and Control Tower, Global Caché’s IR database in the cloud, within AdaptiApps, Schneider’s easy to use development kit for the generation of rich graphical user interfaces for mobile apps. AdaptiApps is available now with Global Caché support and connectivity built-in.

Global Caché’s products connect any IR, serial, and contact closure device to a Wi-Fi and/or IP network so it can be controlled, automated, and maintained by network-based software. The company offers other connectivity products and capabilities, including sensor input, IR learning, HTTP communication and the Control Tower IR database, available in the cloud here.

Schneider Electric develops connected technologies and solutions to manage energy and processes in ways that are safe, reliable, efficient, and sustainable. Schneider’s AdaptiApps is a platform to generate customized graphical user interfaces (GUI) that expand connectivity and control beyond building management system professionals to any building occupant or customers based on their individual roles. It gives users access to monitor and manage the systems and equipment relevant to them. Such control can enhance user experiences and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. AdaptiApps does not require an IT professional or programmer to develop or use and is available to system integrators, partners, and Schneider’s certified EcoXpert partners.

Schneider is here and Global Cache is here.
