Rayva Offers Exciting New Choices for Turnkey Theaters with Curated Interior Design Themes

Rayva announced today the addition of four new interior design themes to its lineup of turnkey home theaters — Cross Beam, Contours, Main Street and Rialto have been added to Rayva’s lineup and are available now for projects around the world. Curated by Rayva Executive Director Theo Kalomirakis, Rayva’s interior design themes can now be configured as part of a turnkey Rayva theater or as standalone elements.

The Cross Beam theater is the result of a collaboration between Theo Kalomirakis and Broadway Media Director Howard Werner who has worked on Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark, Bye, Bye, Birdie, Lysistrata Jones, Lestat, Meet me in St. Louis, The Grapes of Wrath, A Streetcar Named Desire. Based on abstract shapes, this unique design uses beams of light from multiple sources to generate dynamic shapes on the walls of a room. An enlightening addition to the Rayva offering, the new Cross Beam interior features modular acoustical panels with inlaid LED lighting that can be changed to suit the mood or decor. As with many light-centric Rayva theaters, Cross Beam allows Rayva dealers to capitalize on the growing lighting trend in both the AV and design industries.

Rayva’s most affordable design theme is a visual interplay between trapezoid and rectangular fabric-wrapped frames that conceal acoustical treatments. LED lights that are available as an upgrade illuminate the short and long frames, and the changing colors of the LED lights create a variety of moods in the room with flawless acoustic performance. Contours is a complete turnkey theater complete with electronics and interiors for under $46,000.

Rayva’s Main Street theater reflects the architecture of yesteryear’s movie palaces. Rich in detail and with two choices of architectural grills, the Main Street theme captures the elegance of custom-designed theaters but at a fraction of the cost. The Main Street design is complemented with Rayva-selected moldings that the client’s contractor installs prior to the installation of the Rayva interior. The result is luxurious elegance on a modest budget.

Rayva’s Rialto design represents the Art Deco opulence of movie theaters of the 1930s and 1940s. Like Rayva’s Main Street design theme, the Rialto offers a choice between two architectural grills and delivers the opulence of a custom theater for less. A Rialto-theme room is complemented with custom moldings that the client’s contractor installs prior to the installation of the Rayva theater.

These designs are part of Rayva’s turnkey home theater lineup including the Illuminations theater with LED art and the Origami, which features sleek triangular acoustics backlit with customizable LED lighting. The Rayva line offers something for every homeowner’s tastes and everything can be fully customized.
