My love for tools needs no introduction, so I’ll proceed.

In the course of procrastinating on the things I need to get done, I was browsing Tumblr, when this thing caught my attention:

It’s simple, it’s one of these:

In other words, it’s a multi-tool! How cool is that?

I imagine that much like people today, the 17th Century craftsman who owned it had a variety of specialized tools for completing specific tasks, but carried this with him in his pocket as a handy thing to have.

Because, after all, you never know when you might need a tool.

Granted, it may not be as functional as my most recent mutli-tool, the SOG Switch Pliers.

But then again, my SOG multi-tool doesn’t have a face engraved on it.
