Last week Almo ProA/V kicked off its 5th Annual E4 AV Tour in Dallas, Texas with an all-new theme, over 30 exhibitors showing “smarter” AV product solutions and technologies, and 10 new seminars. If you have attended any of the E4 AV Tours, you likely know that rAVe founder, Gary Kayye has been the keynote speaker for the tour since its inception. We also have a decided MicoSite where we post every product video, blog, news story, podcast, panel discussion and keynote address.

At this tour stop in Dallas, Gary delivered a brand-new keynote, “Being Smart About Smart Buildings.” The keynote covered, Smart Building Technology (SBT), relationships and working with contractors such as: architects, facility managers, interior designers and others. There was also a discussion on BIM (Building Information Modeling) and how it relates to the AV industry with leading AV industry professionals.

This one-day event gave attendees the opportunity to attend InfoComm CTS RU certified classes, have one-on-one time with exhibitors and learn about the latest trends and technologies.
