Epiphan Video upgrades Pearl to make it a true video mixer
Epiphan Video, a leader in professional audiovisual capture, recording, and streaming products, announced today an important firmware upgrade for their popular all-in-one, portable recording and streaming system, Pearl. This upgrade, available later this week for all Epiphan Pearl owners, adds live video switching from the web UI and Pearl’s touch screen, elevating Pearl to the status of live production video mixer.

In addition to the firmware release, Epiphan Video also announced a hardware refresh for Pearl. Pearl now ships with a front-mounted audio jack for audio monitoring while recording and streaming.
