Greenlight Control is now offering Control4 integration with Greenlight — a cloud-based service that allows integrators to remotely monitor and support their clients AV control systems from anywhere in the world.

The Control4 driver, developed by Australia-based software solutions provider My Device, enables dealers to easily add Greenlight to any Control4 project.

Dealers with Greenlight-enabled Control4 systems can quickly check the status of any system from a PC or smartphone and provide unprecedented service to their clients. The dealers will receive alerts immediately when a system has a failure and then send preconfigured actions to reboot, reset, power on or run macros to resolve the issue.

Features of the Control4 driver include rapid deployment, monitoring the status of control systems and connected equipment, verifying IP devices connections, and remotely sending strings or macros to failed devices.

The upgraded Greenlight cloud service now integrates with AMX, Crestron and RTI control system platforms, and is available here.
