Basalte’s Eve Now Works with Newer iPads
Basalte’s Eve is a wall-mount that that works with the entire iPad or iPod Touch product line now — the company added the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 and 4 here at CEDIA this week. The frame secures it to the wall, turning it into a home control touchscreen. Being an on-wall solution, installation is simple as the frame can easily be attached to the wall with just two screws. The puck USB charger ensures that the iPad remains charged and is always ready for use — no need to take it off to load a battery and all cables and connections are hidden in the frame. All you need is a single gang wall box to install it. Machined out of a single block of aluminum, Eve is available in brushed aluminum, brushed black and satin white, as well as with rectangular or rounded cover options.
