B-Tech AV Mounts have reinforced their senior management team with the appointment of well-known industry face Tom Meylink as director of sales (Europe).

Tom is no stranger to the world of AV brackets and mounts, having held a key role at Vogel’s as International business development manager for nearly eight years. Joining B-Tech in a new position at B-Tech International (Europe) B.V., Tom’s wealth of experience and expertise makes him ideally suited to leading B-Tech’s established European sales teams based in Brussels, Barcelona and Berlin.

Matt Bennett, managing director of B-Tech said: “This appointment demonstrates our continued International growth ambitions and we warmly welcome Tom to the B-Tech family. We have had good growth from each of our European operations over the past few years and, to see this continue, we require an added level of leadership and direction from a single point. Tom will be working with our European offices to further extend B-Tech’s offering internationally with the aim to have a coordinated effort between all offices and sales teams.”

Tom, who will be attending the BITAM trade show in Madrid on November 21st on B-Tech’s booth (stand no.33), is relishing the opportunity to return to the world of AV mounts. “I have been watching B-Tech’s impressive growth over recent years and am delighted to be joining their management team”, he said. “The excellent products and service provided by B-Tech has seen them grow strongly in Europe and I look forward to help drive this expansion to the next stage.”
