In case you’re not a follower of our podcasts, or just haven’t caught up recently, Gary has launched a new mini-series as part of his podcast Gary’s Rants and rAVes. It’s called AV People and on each episode, he interviews an interesting person in the industry. So far he’s interviewed CEDIA board member and Southtown Audio Video owner Heather Sidorowicz, AV engineer Melissa Ross (who might just be the most credentialed engineer in the industry… or anywhere) and AV PR icon Kimberly Lancaster, who owns Caster Communications.
In today’s issue, Scott Tiner, a tech manager at Bates College in Maine, talks about why he loves Zoom for higher education, Gary breaks down Barco’s restructuring announcement and Joan Vandermate offers tips for optimizing audio in video-enabled meeting rooms.
